What I wish I knew sooner

Keep the disclosure near the beginning and easy to notice.
I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client. One thing I wish I understood sooner as a practice leader: not every task needs to be handled by someone sitting inside the office. We started using virtual support for [TASKS], and it gave our onsite team more room to focus on [HIGHER-VALUE WORK]. The biggest shift was not just saving time—it was creating clearer roles and better capacity. If you are constantly trying to hire locally or watching great team members drown in administrative work, it may be worth looking at what could be handled virtually. We work with My Mountain Mover, and I would absolutely recommend starting a conversation with their team: [YOUR MMM REFERRAL LINK]

The invisible second shift

I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client.A lot of healthcare leaders finish seeing patients—and then start the second shift: inboxes, scheduling issues, follow-up, paperwork, and all the administrative work that did not fit into the day. Adding virtual support for [TASKS] has helped us create more breathing room without putting everything back on the practice owner or onsite team. If your second shift starts after the clinic closes, it may be time for better support. This is the team we use: [YOUR MMM REFERRAL LINK]
Hiring

A different answer to hiring

I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client. We kept trying to solve every capacity problem with another local hire. Sometimes that was the right answer—but not always. For work like [TASKS], a trained virtual team member gave us a reliable option without competing in the same difficult local hiring market. The key is treating virtual team members like real members of the team: clear expectations, thoughtful onboarding, and consistent communication. Here is who we use: [YOUR MMM REFERRAL LINK]
Patient experience

More time for the patient

I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client.Patient experience is shaped by a hundred small moments: a call answered, a referral followed up, an appointment confirmed, and a question routed to the right person. Our virtual team supports [TASKS], which helps our onsite staff stay more present with the patients in front of them. Virtual support is not about replacing the human side of healthcare. For us, it has helped protect it. Learn more about My Mountain Mover here: [YOUR MMM REFERRAL LINK]
Growth

Capacity before growth

I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client.Growth is exciting until your team has no capacity left to support it. Before adding more volume, we had to look honestly at where our people were spending time. Moving [TASKS] to trained virtual support helped us create capacity for [GOAL]. If your growth plan depends on already-overloaded people doing even more, My Mountain Mover is worth exploring: [YOUR MMM REFERRAL LINK]

[HE/SHE/THEY] supports our team with [TASKS] and has helped us [SPECIFIC IMPACT]. What I appreciate most is [PERSONAL QUALITY OR EXAMPLE]. Leadership lesson

Delegation is a growth skill

I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client. One of the hardest lessons in leadership is realizing that being capable of doing something does not mean you should keep owning it. When we moved [TASKS] to our virtual team, it created space for me and our onsite staff to focus on [PRIORITY]. It also forced us to improve our processes, expectations, and communication. Delegation is not lowering the standard. Done well, it is how you protect the work that matters most. We built our virtual team with My Mountain Mover: [YOUR MMM REFERRAL LINK]

I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client. This is a great example of what the right virtual support can make possible. The real question is what to delegate

View post
Keep the disclosure near the beginning and easy to notice.
I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client. The question is not simply, “Can this be done virtually?” A better question is: “Does this task require someone to be physically present, or does it require the right person, training, process, and accountability?” Scheduling, billing follow-up, documentation, patient communication, and administrative coordination can consume enormous capacity inside a practice. A smarter way to build capacity

I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client.Healthcare practices do not only have a hiring problem. Many have a capacity-design problem. Highly skilled onsite employees are often buried in repetitive administrative work, while practice leaders struggle to recruit locally for roles that are difficult to keep filled. Virtual staffing gives practices another way to design the team—one that protects patient-facing staff and creates room to grow. This is why we chose My Mountain Mover: [YOUR MMM REFERRAL LINK]

What would you take off your team’s plate?

I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client. If you could remove five hours of repetitive administrative work from your team every week, what would you take off their plate first? For us, it would be [TASK OR WORKFLOW]. That is exactly the kind of work our virtual team now helps manage. I am curious what other healthcare leaders would delegate first.
