  • The practice must be new to MMM, absent from MMM’s CRM or pipeline, and attributed to your timely submission.
  • The practice must sign an agreement with MMM.

  • The client must remain active with MMM for 90 days after its first VA starts.

When you are paid: After the client completes the 90-day qualification period and all program requirements are verified.

Introduce a potential partner

Up to $5,000 total

This is for a warm introduction to a decision-maker at an association, DSO, MSO, healthcare network, consulting group, or another large organization that could become an MMM partner—not a referral to an individual practice.

Part 1Up to $2,500

When MMM vets the opportunity, signs an agreement with the organization, and activates the relationship.

Part 2$500 per VA

For each VA hired through the new relationship, up to an additional $2,500.

Determined by MMM: Whether a potential partner introduction qualifies for a payout—and the final amount paid—is based on the value of the partnership to MMM. All partnership rewards are issued at MMM’s sole discretion and must be confirmed in writing.

View qualification requirements
  • You must have a real relationship with the contact and make a warm introduction.
  • MMM must confirm the organization is new, absent from MMM’s CRM or pipeline, and otherwise qualified.
  • MMM must vet the opportunity and sign an agreement before Part 1 can qualify.
  • A VA must actually start through the partnership for each $500 Part 2 payment.

When you are paid: Part 1 after the partnership is signed and active; Part 2 after each eligible VA starts, subject to MMM’s written approval and discretion.
