MMM Client Ambassador Program

Program Terms
& Disclosures

These rules protect MMM Ambassadors, prospective clients, and My Mountain Mover. By submitting an opportunity or participating in the program, you acknowledge the requirements below.

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Submit the opportunity first

Use the official form or your attributable MMM link before—or at the same time as—the prospect’s first contact with MMM. Retroactive claims are not eligible.

Disclose the relationship

Every endorsement must clearly state that you are an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if the connection becomes a client.

Leave promises to MMM

Do not quote pricing, offer discounts, negotiate terms, or guarantee staffing, timing, savings, compliance, or business outcomes.

Program fine print

What every MMM Ambassador needs to know.

Opportunity-specific written terms from MMM may add requirements. If those terms conflict with this summary, MMM’s written confirmation for that opportunity controls.

01

Eligibility and new opportunities

The program is for active MMM clients and other participants expressly approved by MMM who are at least 18 years old and in good standing. A referred opportunity must be genuinely new: it cannot be a current or former MMM client, a duplicate submission, or an organization or contact already recorded in MMM’s CRM, pipeline, or prior outreach before the submission.

MMM’s timestamped records determine eligibility and attribution. Unless MMM approves otherwise in writing, the first complete, eligible submission receives credit. A later claim that someone was previously referred does not create eligibility.

02

Submission, consent, and privacy

Submit complete business contact details through the official form before—or at the same time as—a client referral or potential partner introduction. You must have a reasonable basis to believe the contact welcomes the introduction and permission to share their business contact information.

Do not submit patient information, protected health information (PHI), medical records, personal health details, sensitive consumer data, scraped lists, or information unrelated to the business introduction. The program does not pay for patient referrals or referrals of federally or state-reimbursable clinical business.

03

No employment, agency, or authority

Participation is voluntary and does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint-venture, or partnership relationship with MMM. Ambassadors are not MMM employees, do not receive employee benefits, and have no authority to negotiate, sign, accept, or modify any agreement—or otherwise bind MMM.

Rewards are program incentives, not wages. Nothing on this site changes any legal classification required by applicable law.

04

No pricing or performance guarantees

Only MMM may provide or approve pricing, discounts, contract terms, candidate information, availability, or implementation timelines. Ambassadors may not promise or guarantee savings, revenue, staffing results, candidate performance, start dates, HIPAA or legal compliance, clinical outcomes, or any other result.

Use current MMM-approved materials, describe only your honest experience, and direct detailed questions to the MMM team.

05

FTC-compliant social posts and endorsements

Every post, video, story, podcast, review, or other endorsement must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material relationship with MMM. The disclosure does not have to be the first sentence, but it must appear near the beginning—before or as you recommend MMM—with the endorsement itself, before a “more” break, in the same language as the post, and where it is easy to notice. Do not rely only on a profile bio, a platform disclosure tool, a referral link, or a group of hashtags.

Suggested disclosure

“I’m an MMM Client Ambassador and may receive a reward if you become an MMM client.”

For video, include the disclosure on screen and in spoken audio; repeat it periodically during livestreams. Endorsements must reflect your real experience and may not contain false, misleading, fabricated, or unsubstantiated claims. Compensation for a case study, webinar, podcast, video, or other feature is for participation—not for a positive opinion. MMM does not condition payment on positive sentiment or incentivize positive reviews.

06

Approval, attribution, and payment

All client referrals, potential partner introductions, posts, events, and feature ideas are subject to MMM review and any stated qualification period. A submission or activity does not guarantee acceptance or payment. MMM may reject or reassign duplicate, existing, incomplete, inaccurate, unapproved, unlawful, or unverifiable opportunities.

Payout amounts, caps, timing, and methods are governed by the Earnings Guide and MMM’s written confirmation. Strategic and variable-value rewards remain subject to MMM’s discretion. Required tax documentation must be completed before payment, and each recipient is responsible for applicable taxes. MMM may withhold, revoke, or recover a reward obtained through error, misrepresentation, fraud, or a program violation.

07

Brand, content, and legal compliance

Use MMM’s current brand assets without alteration and obtain permission for any third-party names, logos, photos, recordings, or other content. A separate release or content permission may be required before MMM publishes a feature. MMM may request correction or removal of inaccurate, outdated, misleading, noncompliant, or unauthorized content.

Participants must follow applicable advertising, privacy, anti-spam, healthcare, anti-kickback, and other laws, as well as each platform’s rules. MMM may decline any reward or activity where payment or participation could be prohibited.

08

Program administration

MMM may verify submissions, request supporting information, interpret these rules, and modify, suspend, or end the program or any reward opportunity. Changes apply prospectively unless a change is needed to correct an error, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Questions may be sent to info@mymountainmover.com.
